Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking, scheduling, or using any service provided by NB Signing LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
NB Signing LLC provides mobile notary, document signing, apostille facilitation, loan closing, field inspection, and related professional services in Maryland and surrounding areas. We reserve the right to decline any request at our discretion.
3. Appointments & Scheduling
All appointments must be scheduled in advance. A deposit is required to confirm and hold your appointment. Appointment times are estimated; travel delays may occur. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.
4. Deposits & Payment
A non-refundable deposit ranging from $25.00 to $100.00 (depending on service type) is required to secure your appointment. Full payment for services is due at the time of the appointment unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, cash, and other approved payment methods.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance forfeit the full deposit. One reschedule is permitted per deposit if requested at least 24 hours before the original appointment. After the first reschedule, a new deposit is required. No-shows forfeit the full deposit.
6. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for ensuring that all signers are present, have valid government-issued photo identification, are of sound mind and signing voluntarily, and that the documents to be notarized are complete (except for signatures). NB Signing LLC may refuse to notarize documents if these conditions are not met.
7. Limitation of Liability
NB Signing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Confidentiality
We treat all client information and documents with strict confidentiality. We do not share personal information with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to complete the requested services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maryland.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
