CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE POLICY
1. DEPOSITS: A non-refundable deposit of $25.00 to $100.00 is required to secure your appointment.
2. CANCELLATION: All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will forfeit the full deposit. No exceptions.
3. RESCHEDULE: One (1) reschedule is permitted per deposit, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the original appointment. After the first reschedule, a new deposit is required to book another appointment.
4. NO-SHOWS: Failure to be present at the scheduled time and location will be treated as a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice. The full deposit will be forfeited.
5. CHARGEBACKS: By initialing below, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Filing a chargeback on a deposit that was forfeited under this policy constitutes a breach of this agreement. NB Signing LLC reserves the right to pursue all available remedies.
