Refund Policy

1. Deposit Policy

A deposit ranging from $25.00 to $100.00 is required to book and confirm all appointments with NB Signing LLC. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your service.

All deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to: cancellations, reschedules, no-shows, change of mind, or inability to complete the notarization at the time of the appointment (e.g., missing documents, signers not present, invalid ID).

2. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment:

• 24+ hours before appointment: Your deposit is retained by NB Signing LLC but you will not be charged any additional fees.
• Less than 24 hours before appointment: Your deposit is forfeited in full. No exceptions.

3. Rescheduling

One (1) complimentary reschedule is permitted per deposit, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the original appointment time. The deposit carries over to the rescheduled appointment.

After the first reschedule, a new deposit is required to book another appointment. The original deposit is retained and non-refundable.

4. No-Shows

If you are not present at the scheduled location and time, your appointment will be marked as a no-show. The full deposit will be forfeited. No exceptions.

5. Service Could Not Be Completed

If the notary arrives at the scheduled location and the service cannot be completed due to client-side issues (e.g., incomplete documents, signer not available, signer lacks valid ID, or signer appears to be signing under duress), the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

6. NB Signing LLC Cancellations

In the rare event that NB Signing LLC must cancel your appointment due to circumstances on our end, your deposit will be fully refunded or applied to a rescheduled appointment at your choice.

7. Chargebacks

By paying a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy. Filing a chargeback for a deposit that was legitimately forfeited under this policy constitutes a breach of your agreement with NB Signing LLC. We reserve the right to pursue all available remedies, including reporting to credit agencies and pursuing legal action.
